Real Madrid Boss Zidane Speaks On Ronaldo Scoring 2 Goals Against APOEL In The Champions League

Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane, has hailed Cristiano Ronaldo as “the best in the world”, after he marked his return with a brace in their 3-0 Champions League win over APOEL Nicosia. Ronaldo is currently four games into a five-match domestic ban, but started Wednesday’s match at the Santiago Bernabeu. The Portugal captain took his tally in the competition to 107, with a close-range effort and a second-half penalty. Skipper Sergio Ramos added an overhead kick as Real began the defence of their trophy in style. “He’s the best in the world,” Real manager Zidane said about Ronaldo to BeIN after the game. “He’s always there, he always scores. If he was luckier today, he could have scored four. “We know the ability that Cristiano has.”
