Traffic comes to a halt as it starts raining MONEY in Dubai: Cash worth more than half a million pounds blows through the city – and nobody knows where it came from

Motorists driving through Dubai could not believe their eyes when it started raining money in the middle of the UAE city.

Thousands of 500 UAE Dirham notes - worth around £88 - flew through the oil-rich city on a busy afternoon earlier this month, and officials have yet to give an explanation as to why, or reveal a source of the cash.

Drivers abandoned their cars in order to get their hands on the notes blowing down the road, and were filmed holding handfuls of notes.

It is estimated that notes valued between two and three million Dirham were loose - meaning up to £500,000 was blowing in the wind.

Nigeria Military Force Captures Boko Haram Insurgents Disguised As Women In Baga.

The Director of Defence Information, Chris Olukolade on Monday revealed that the military had arrested the Boko Haram Insurgents who disguised themselves as women in Baga, Borno State.

Although, Olukolade did not reveal the number of insurgents captured, he stated that there are many other terrorists that are still hiding in the town, but are being arrested too.

Punch reports Olukolade statement:

The cordon and search in Baga has revealed some terrorists disguising as women.

The searches are also yielding more discoveries of arms especially bombs hidden in various locations, especially Baga town.

Apart from those captured in the course of fighting, many terrorists hiding in the town are being arrested and troops are still busy interrogating the suspects.

In furtherance of the mission to clear terrorists from all their enclaves by the military, the Nigerian Air Force has stepped up its air bombardments of identified targets in Gwoza, Bama and Sambisa forest, preparatory to other phases of the mission.

The air strikes have been highly successful as they achieved the aims, hitting vital targets with required precision. Terrorists are now in disarray as they scamper to escape from the impact of air bombardment of their locations in the forest.

Just two days ago, Saturday, 21st of February 2015, their Sister Mary Okoye, and her actor husband Emma Mordi welcomed their first child, a baby boy.

Their lovely sister and her then boyfriend, Emma tied the knots on Saturday, August 6, 2014 in Asaba, Delta State.

LOL. It’s obvious that the family of the Okoyes are good in ‘procreation’ as they have shown themselves by having kids with their different spouses even before officially saying ‘i do’.

Wizkid Collaboration With Chris Brown Will Be Released Soon.

The much anticipated collaboration between Foreign RnB Singer, Chris Brown and Nigerian Star boy, Wizkid is said to released sooner than you think.

Last year, Wizkid had announced that this collaboration titled ‘African Bad Girl’ would be released early this year 2015. Well, February is coming to an end and ‘early’ won’t be what it seems again.

Since the time Wizkid announced it, not much has been heard again about the track, not until moments ago when the starboy took to twitter to make a quick update. He tweeted that the track has already been mixed and anytime soon, it will be released.

“Chris brown x Wizkid! Done mixing! Oya na!!! we ready to go live soon!”

Wizkid became close with Breezy after Chris Brown got exposed to his music. They first met in 2013 in a studio in Los Angeles. It’s expected that’African Bad Girl’ will likely be on Wizkid’s third solo album under his own record label, Star Boy as his contract with EME expired last year, December 2014.

Jonathan distributed dollars to groups while in Lagos last week - Gov Fashola

Reacting to a statement credited to President Jonathan that the PDP will set Lagos residents free from bondage if elected into government, Governor Fashola alleged that during his visit to Lagos lastweek, pres. Jonathan doled out dollars to all the groups he met with at the State House in Marina. Fashola made the allegation while inspecting some ongoing projects in Ibeju-Lekki yesterday Feb. 22nd

"I want to assume that he did not make a statement that he would deliver Lagos residents from bondage. The question to ask Mr. President is whether he'd come to free them from bondage. He was here for 5 days meeting with different people and groups, distributing money in dollars. It is an un-presidential statement made in an act of desperation. That means he lived in bondage in five days if he had come into the state to free people. If he can live here for five days moving with patrol vehicles that we paid for, let him go and spend five days in Chibok and he will know what bondage is,” the governor said
