Evidence of payment for the Application form and screening (e-receipt). II. Two recent passport-sized photographs III. Photocopies of results (SSCE/WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, ND etc) IV. Industrial Training Experience (IT) letter V. JAMB result slip VI. Two (2) copies of printed Acknowledgement slip VII. Two (2) copies of printed Application form. (1 set to the departments and 1 set to the academic office) Candidates should NOTE that their screening will be Computer Based Test (CBT).
