Governor Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai paid a courtesy visit to the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Babatunde Osuolale Aremu Akiolu the First, at his Iga Idunganran palace in Lagos. The governor humbly greeted the monarch who received him warmly in his palace. See photo below:-
