Resumption of Academic Activities for University Of Ibadan 2nd Semester 2016/2017 Announced
University of Ibadan, UI resumption of academic activities for the second semester, 2016/2017 academic session. The Management wishes to inform the general public, especially students that the second semester lectures of the 2016/2017 Academic Session will commence on Tuesday, 26 September, 2017. in this regard, students are advised to return to campus before the above date. A revised Academic Calendar will be published soon. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abel Idowu Olayinka, FAS, wishes all the students safe return to the University and a peaceful second semester. Bayelsa government urges LG workers to end strike, pledges to clear salary arrears
The Bayelsa Government has pledged to settle the 14-months salary arrears it owed local government workers currently on strike in the state.
